Self-Pay
If I am not in network with your insurance plan or you’ve reached your maximum, self pay options are available below. I can also offer a superbill, which you can then use to request reimbursement from your insurance plan.
Sliding Scale
I understand there are individuals that may not have in-network insurance coverage or the ability to pay out of pocket. In that case, I offer a scholarship program where you pay what you can which covers an initial consultation & up to 3 follow-up appointments.

The application process includes basic information and proof of income.
